Chest press 3 x 10
Shoulder press 3 x 10
Super Set

Front dumbbell press 3 x 10
Wide grip upright row 3 x 10
Super set

Rear deltoid cable pull 3 x 10
Incline chest press 3 x 10
Super set

Rear deltoid reverse fly 3 x 15

30 minutes walk
