Wide grip seated row 3 x 15
Bent over row 3 x 15
Kip pull ups to fatigue.

Use weight that will allow for struggle towards the end of each set.

Rear deltoid cable pull 3 x 10
Incline chest press 3 x 10
Super set

Rear deltoid reverse fly 3 x 15

30 minutes walk
