Get your jambalaya mix with low sodium!!!
Add the following:
8 oz diced tomatoes
1cup whole grain rice
8 oz pinto beans
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup pre cooked diced sweet potatoes
1 cup pre cooked chicken
4 links of New Orleans sausage links
This is great meal to have ready for the weekend and still get all of your macronutrients and feel healthy!!!
