Jambalaya Mix Plus!
Get your jambalaya mix with low sodium!!!
Add the following:
8 oz diced tomatoes
1cup whole grain rice
8 oz pinto beans
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup pre cooked diced sweet potatoes
1 cup pre cooked chicken
4 links of New Orleans sausage links
This is great meal to have ready for the weekend and still get all of your macronutrients and feel healthy!!!

Gym Membership
Okay so this is important everyone... Listen up!
Finding a gym can be challenging especially when it comes to meeting your own personal goals. The main thing to remember is that this is "YOUR" time AKA "Me" time! You are spending this time to improve on yourself and no one else. So, make the best of this time. Go to a gym that supports all of your personal needs. This means checking it out for a day. Work out, meet the people and also find your groove. If you are doubting it, try a new place. Besides, you are the one paying for it right??
Things to look for:
Great customer service
Friendly atmosphere
On staff trainers (people available who know how to use the equipment)
Showers/ restroom facilities
Workout rooms designed for personal use
Studio classes for the most recent workouts such as Zumba or Spin
Location to your job and home
Equipment
Safety features
Opportunities for growth and development
Support groups
There are plenty of other things to look for but this is a good start!
