1 cup kale
1/2 cup quinoa 
1 slice zucchini 
1/4 cup black beans
2 Small tomatoe slices 
EVOO

Hummus and Avocado Wraps


Spread on favorite hummus brand
Spread on fresh avocado 
Add diced zucchini 
Use sliced turkey 
Roll and eat!

Use sauce!
2 parts balsamic vinegar 
1 part olive oil

*make to taste!
