5 oz tuna or albacore
2 TBSP avocado
Sautéed onion and bell pepper
Broccoli and slaw mix raw (for crunch!)
Fat free sour cream

Protein Pancakes

Mix 4 egg whites
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix
Add 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder. ** I would choose a low fat low sugar protein powder if you add fruit.





Egg Plant Sides

Wash and slice one egg plant
Sprinkle salt and pepper with a dash do olive oil on all slices
350 degrees for 30 minutes
